Hello everyone! I'm a new member and this is my first time posting here for help. I have an assignment where I have been given MALDI-TOF data for an apomyoglobin standard and a thrombin digested GST tagged of an unknown protein. I am having trouble identifying the peak indicated with a question mark in the standard data. So far, I have identified the middle peak in the thrombin digested protein as GST, while the first peak (11499.1) as the unknown, which I would be analysing with bioinformatic methods. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me or rather give me information as to how to identify the remaining peaks in both datas. THANK YOU for reading!
