I'm having trouble figuring out whether or not what I'm deciding to do for my experiment would work Or not. My experiment is testing whether or not cells become desensitized to insulin. Pretty much what I'm going to do is get liver cells(I hope) and have different cells in glucose concentration, then add insulin to them until the glucose levels come back to normal. So pretty much I'll be testing if over time, the cells stop taking in glucose due to them becoming desensitized to the insulin. Please give me feedback on whether this would actually work or not, and if it does, tell me whether it's the right way to do it, or if it's even a good experiment to run.
