    Hi hypervalent_iodine and Sensei. Thanks for the response. I think, this method is possible to be done. However, how about the percentage of NaOH in Thioglycolic Acid? Do i know need to do titration?

    Hi All, I have been give a project, to formulate new Corrosion Inhibitor which consist of Immidazoline, Sodium Thiogylcolate and Acetic Acid. My question is, how can I produce on my own, Sodium Thioglycolate, since my lab only have Thioglycolic Acid. Please advise if any of you experts know. TYVM, Cheers
