    Okay I need help figuring out what's wrong with me. I have days where I will wake up in the middle of the night having an attack that I thought were a mix of night terrors mixed in with sleep walking.. I am fully aware that I am awake but I will visualize things that are not actually there. It scares me. About once or twice I've had an attack and have no idea what I've done.
