Difference with beta-arrestin dynamics in HEK293 and N2a cell line

Hi, I was wondering if anyone would know why there would be different beta-arrestin dynamics with the same GPCR constructs when tested in two different cell lines: HEK293 and Neuro-2a cells. All conditions are the same i.e. temperature, agonist concentration etc. The only difference is the cell type. Thanks
