  1. I have to find potential difference on plates of capacitors in DC circuit. I am given E1, E2, C1, C2, R1 and R2. The circuit looks like this: http://postimg.org/image/y179yiq2p/ Voltage at plates increases until at some point capacitors are fully charged and no current can flow throught their branch, right? So, in this steady state I write equations for each of two loops using Kirchoff's rules and they look like this: E 1 = IR1 + IR2 = I(R 1 + R2) E 2 = U1 + U2 + IR2 where U1 and U2 are voltages on capacitors. I need one more equation to solve the system, so I use this: q1 = C1U1 q2 = C2U2 and q1 = q2 , right, because amount of charge on both capacitors should be equal after they're fully charged? So, is this correct?
