Hi Im coming from Turkey. So, please ignore my english language mistakes. I have bachelor degree in chemistry (4 year). So, I couldnt find a decent job since my graduate completion. I want to get a master degree in energy systems engineering, I applied to a university master exam for this in my town. I will enter an exam about both english and energy systems eng. topics. Here are my questions: - I can't find any useful document on google about master entrance exam of Energy Systems Engineering, can anyone upload a document by helping me... - What are the benefits of getting Master degree in energy engineering while holding bachelor in chemistry (as a chemist)? - Does it bring me to a good career in private sector?

I just learn from them what I wrote over here. Others are not told by them to me. Pharma because it has really clean than other chemical industries. Yes they paid me really much more than my previously jobs paid. I worked over there just like normal employee not like training /intern boy. I dislike chemical lab., glasses etc. , but I can just find the best jobs in this field because of my chemistry degree. Otherwise I am not skilled person in some field because of no other good work experience and degree. I just find porter , workman jobs out there . Yes i will put this bad 1 month experience in my cv. But I think this will be very disadvantage when compared to other skilled job candidates...

Why? Because I am fired from a pharma company. So, if I go into another company for an job interview, they will look my insurance data's over the past time and they will see that company's 1 month wage record and they will also see firing code record on it. So what can I be tell to them? Those people professional , they recognize me more than me, if they have to...

You think so, but that company wasn't a big , corporate factory, so they havent got training session for newbies, i guess all of the analysts which joins newly hiring; starts working as an analyst . You must be maintain all of the analysis when no people around over there in weekends and at the evenings.. I also think that , maybe they (lab chief and her analysts) dont like me and they wanted to fire me. Thats why she told a bad report about me to human resources manager. And human resources manager determined that this guy must be fired, because he didn't successful in 1 month trial period.

I can't get another job at a different pharma company lab. Because most of them just look to a work experience and networking. In addition " 1 month fired stain is dragging me down if I try to find out a job like that by career websites. I believe , I had some mistakes but I also believe that main guilty came from our lab. chief. Because they didn't teach me until 3rd week for most important analysis (dc and paracetamol) . I just did helping to raw material analysis analyst in 3 weeks. When much more of pharmaceutical production (paracetamol) comes out , they've started to teach me for it. I must be stay in the night shift analysis to maintain production and quality control department at the same time as alone. Two of them (analyst) of teaching personnel reported me as very bad to our lab. chief. After that the lab. chief let me to stay in evening shift to maintain some analysis. Some of the sieve mesh's are not found in our lab. So we look it with so close mesh's instead of what it should be. Ive done a mistake when looking one mesh , they said. They just showed me and wrote that analyse (fine powder dc) firstly on that time.

I was working on a pharmaceutical company as a quality control analyst. I have 4 year bachelor chemistry degree from a low reputed university in Turkey . They hired me with mentioned that 1 month trial period firstly.After that, they fired me almost 1 month time... They've started teaching me some bulk density and sieve analysis in 3rd week. Because they told me first 1 and 2nd weeks are audit weeks which maintained by external inspection personnels. While, they are teaching me in 3rd week , they just showed me in 2 days for all of the analysis. So, they told me "you are not learning quickly. It takes much time to learn." They also said "you are not concentrated on this job and careless." After that I've learned and memorized some of the analysis. Our lab. chief let me to stay alone in the lab at evening time and let me do all of the analysis just myself. I did much more of analysis with some mesh's, bulk density, IR water and some weighings etc.. After that someone from a quality control lab. told me that you did something wrong when you stay alone in the lab. and lab. chief speaking about your mistakes ... After that at the end of 4th week , human resources personnel told me you are fired. I am shocked. I couldnt believe it at that time. So I realized that they didnt want me in the lab. Meanwhile I turned back to my hometown again. I dont believe that I find again like that pharma job again because of 1 month fired stain. Now Im doing porter (carrier) job in my friends glassware storage with very low wage and zero assurance. - My past jobs were"storage works in power plant building site, paid biology teaching, car park attendant, waiter, carpenter apprentice, furniture and glassware porter, tea seller, casier in ironmonger etc..- Could you suggest me please, what can I do after all those things? Which job would be suits me best? I dont believe that gaining a master degree would be help me. I dont like chemistry laboratory things. I just like computer , internet and some mechanical things, also english language and some kind of philosophic science things... So, what can I do?

Im actually working on a pharmaceutical industry as a quality control analyst. Well, our lab. chief told me that "you should accelerate your lab. works."they said it Because Im not accustomed to this kind of work for more than 2 years. My chemistry 4 year background was at 2 years back. I need your suggestions to improve my lab. practise in pharmaceutical quality control lab. I have psychological focussing problem, also my hands accustomed to hard works (like carpenter, carrier) before. Also Im not heedful, i always forget much more things when i do my work tasks..

Static idea means "single right answer/idea/opinion". I am living in a third world country. So this country copies all of the US and Europe also Chinese productions mostly. (Career) It has to be as like as advanced countries because of the contract manufacturing..

i want to know how it works on international area... I can ask my colleagues but they havent got static idea , everyone tells different ideas... Some of them care more about work experience but some of them tells education is important.. So , I actually dont know..

So, my question is what are the possibilities in this area in order to do my career up? If I go into master which qualify and benefit can I gain for myself and company purposes? What are the extra degrees should I study? What are the certificates / courses should I go? What are the chances of my future career opportunities in pharmaceutical industry? How can I educate myself to prevent from firing (from the firms)? Does 4 year chemistry degree enough to lift up in the career ladder for future?

I mean routine laboratory analysis like titration, basic calculations , Primer Standart Reactives etc..
