siriusf Posted August 1, 2016 Share Posted August 1, 2016 Hi, I'm a newbie in biology with interest in genome engineering and I wonder if you could help me with a doubt, it may sound silly but I need to be sure. If I introduce a lentiviral CRISPR/Cas9 system for gene silencing into a population of different types of cells, the system will only produce the silencing of genes in the cells containing the gene?
