Silvia_84 Posted April 23, 2016 Share Posted April 23, 2016 Hi all, can anyone suggest me a method-protocol to understand if a gene is on the genomic or plasmidic DNA?I have done PCR on purified DNA (that is both genomic and plasmdic)and I found the gene I was looking for.
