Oceans11 Posted October 31, 2014 Share Posted October 31, 2014 I was accepted into Oregon State for a BS in computer science, and also Penn State to start with a certificate (that leads to a BS degree) in Security and Risk Analysis. I am having trouble deciding between programs as one is more broad and the other is more specialized. Does anyone in the field have any insight to these programs?
