My SDS separating gel contains Tris/SDS and im trying to calculate the conc of this in the gel....

The tris/sds stock solution was made initially from:

6.05 g Tris

20ml of 20% SDS

80 ml water to give a total volume of 100ml. So Tris/SDS was made in this solution.

I want to calculate to concentration of Tris/SDS in this solution, so do i have to calculate the tris and SDS concs seperatly or together,,,if you get what i mean.

I hope this is clear, any help will be much obliged
