First of all is it possible to use a Jpeg image in a spectrometer to determine what the substance is?
I have used pictures before with a UV light and had color transvalence of certain enzymes of suspected targets.
Can I ask it of anyone to use your lab spectrometer for a documentation of a suspected substance fraud?
