Vector of electromagnetic induction of a cylinder

Very long (theoretically infinitely long) cylinder of antiferromagnetic material with radius a is uniformly charged by its volume with charge of volume density ρ. The cross-section of a cylinder is shown on an image. Cylinder rotates around its axis with constant angular velocity ω. Electromagnetic permeability is equal to µ0 (permeability of vacuum). Determine the vector of electromagnetic induction at point A that is located on an arbitrary distance R < a from the axis of a cylinder. Assume that the distribution of charge doesn't change with rotation of a cylinder. Indicate all vectors and used reference directions.

Question: How to set up equations and vectors/reference directions?
