required cycle mass flow rate to produce 10kW given a table

I am stuck on this thermodynamics problem. I have the first and third Temperature which I found in a thermo table (62.91 C and 26.72 C). State 2 and State 4 are 2-phase so I don't know how to find the temperature. Would the temperature be the same as given pressure? And how do I calculate density? The gas is non-ideal so I can't use p = rho RT or can I?

To find mass flow rate of turbine. I used W_dot = m_dot (h1-h2) and I know W_dot = 10 kW, h1 and h2 are on table.

Need help with the two questions below as well, especially c

b. What is the compressor work in this cycle?

c. Explain simply why the work required by the compressor is so small relative to the output power of the turbine and the same massflow rate?
I think the compressor increases pressure so less work?
