I have heard awful things about vista but ive heard aful things about almost any OS so i wonder why should i get vista and why shouldnt ?

I,ve read over the internet that windows vista prevents users from playing illegal mp3 or video files. and there are many other roumors reagarding to DMR and i was wondering, how much of this information is true?
