  1. Anxious thoughts can overwhelm, making it difficult to make decisions and take action to deal with whatever issue arises. Anxiety can also lead to overthinking, which makes you more anxious, which leads to more overthinking, and so on. How can you get out of this vicious cycle? Repressing anxious thoughts won’t work; they will just pop up again, sometimes with more intensity. I really liked this read about Mindfulness. http://insaneclopedia.com/1485/calm-the-brain-get-through-conflicts/
  2. It may sound pompous, and I totally got lost in my imagination with this. The Wits biomedical engineers have connected a human brain to the internet. Long story short, it streams brainwaves to the web, by converting the brain into an Internet of Things (IoT) node on the World Wide Web. (more, here: http://insaneclopedia.com/1468/brainternet-project-first-human-brain-linked-internet-real-time/) I feel like this is a huge step for machine learning and it will start getting a lot of interest.
  3. Wow, you had me search about that and I find it very inspirational.
  4. I too have that feeling. It's actually really interesting.
  5. You missed the most important element of them all! The dirt! If the soil is clean, chances are that the rest of the factors should be alright too. Subjectively, this kindof soil and its surroundings should be found far away from the human noise. Also, working with dirt actually makes you happy: http://insaneclopedia.com/1415/antidepressant-microbes-soil-dirt-makes-happy/
