burning nitrocellulose

I tried several ways to burn nitrocellulose.

Burning it in a glass jar is pretty nice.

I would like to burn it in a graduated cilinder.

But will the glass of the cilinder be strong enough?

It creates a lot of pressure...

Made 2 videos about it.

I'm not sure why you want to do that. I guess it would be ok unless you packed it tightly where it might shatter the glass at some point of quantity/packing. If you want to try this

A) Don't do it with your eyeball pressed against the glass

B) Do try it behind a safety screen using a fuse
