Depends, you are literally warping space, so in those warped areas, yes. In the bubble it creates, i do not think.


Remember that negative mass is required for this drive.


I am working on a theory for this if you are interested in more about how this works. c:

Warp Drive as in the Alcubierre version suggests faster than light speeds are possible, would time dilation still be a factor in that type of FTL?

In the Alcubierre drive, the area where the ship is is flat. There's no time dilation; the clock ticks the same as it would in deep space.
