Leison Posted January 24, 2005 Share Posted January 24, 2005 i have a video file "*.dat" i want to capture some clips out of it but "Movie maker" doesn't recognise this format. how can i change the file to ".mpg" or any other known formats? or is there any program which recognises the ".dat" video format? bloodhound Posted January 24, 2005 Share Posted January 24, 2005 i wonder what ur doing with a .dat in the first place. probably an incomplete download via Kazaa, or the dat file from VCD. i guess ur could try adobe premier, or download nero with its encoding pack.
