I have to make an exercise program using a different exercise for every movement, and teling what muscles and joints are used in the movement. I know that physical therapists must know in detail about how every muscle works to help people get rehabilitated from accidents and strokes. http://physicaltherapy.about.com/ There is a forum at the site - you have to register, but it's free.
