In my opinion Operating system is a system software which gives platform to run for all application programs and which act as the interface between user and computer. And the networking is the interconnection of computers by using a wired or wireless media. but what is the relation between networking and operating system.

Similar.

Operating system -- A computer hardware connections+ software connections.
