sepultallica Posted December 2, 2004 Share Posted December 2, 2004 I believe this has been tested in many places around the globe and it has not been found to affect crime rates (at least not much more than random government sanctioned executions). i wouldnt support it if were intended to serve as a deterent. iim just saying that hey, you screwed society royally, now its time for you to give a little back. in the name of progress that is. i wouldnt think it would serve as a deterent. But then they can change for bad too. Now thats where the government has to take responsibility meaning they should allow the gospel to be preached(you know when all hope is gone people turn to God), they should be made to do creative stuff, etc...
