Though if you were to able to assemble one, presumably the filament would still be undamaged enough to work?

I don't know enough about plasma filaments to tell you. It depends on how... enthusiastically the glass got broken, I suppose.

 

Could you assemble, fill and reattach the filaments to a new vacuum chamber for a lot less than $50?
