insane_alien
not really. you'd need to pump out the air and slightly backfill with a noble gas. at the very least you'd require a vacuum chamber. easier to buy a new one.

Phi for All
can i buy a new one and use it on the old one No. insane_alien meant buy a whole new plasma ball. I don't think they sell just the vacuum chambers by themselves.

Phi for All
Though if you were to able to assemble one, presumably the filament would still be undamaged enough to work? I don't know enough about plasma filaments to tell you. It depends on how... enthusiastically the glass got broken, I suppose. Could you assemble, fill and reattach the filaments to a new vacuum chamber for a lot less than $50?
