Farscape: The Peacekeeper Wars

I was annoyed that they finished it like they did, I think it was a middle finger to the sci fi channel rather than an ending the fans needed

It was a cliff-hanger ending that was filmed before Sci Fi axed the series.

Hence the thread about how the Peacekeeper Wars miniseries tied it up so well.

I hate it when any of them end. They always seem to go the same way as though somebody just says wrap it up then your all fired and the writers don't give a ***** what happens. Whats this mini series I think I missed it. Has it been on in the uk. Has anyone got an opinion on crusade. I think the effects aren't as good as babylon and the actings got more wood than a porno but I'm glad the story continues.

The Farscape miniseries aired October 17,18 on the Sci Fi channel in the USA. I dont know when it comes on in the UK yet. But if you missed it this week and your in the US, you can see it again Sunday at 3pm. It was absolutely amazing!!! And for you UK people, you can probably find some bittorents that have it to download already.

I HATE the way they end some of these series. The worst thing is when they just axe a series after leaving a cliff hanger ending or even part way through the damned thing.

I could never get into Crusade, that's the one with the bald headed guy who was a technomage or something like that. I think they told him to overact that role a little too much. ;)

Babylon 5 was good at the start but to me it's like they're all trying to do Star Trek. And we all know ST is the future so anything similar must be wrong. For a sci-fi to be good these days it's got to be very different to the Star Trek universe.

Stargate SG1/Atlantis

Farscape

Red Dwarf

Those are the only ones I can think of right now.

Maybe it's just me but that's why I think those series/universes are good enough to rank up there with Star Trek or Star Wars.

I'm 36 though so younger generations might adopt Crusade as their Star Trek...
