The US Coast Guard has waived the chemical dispersants restrictions on British Petroleum 74 times. On July 29, 2010 Congress (House) voted on $7.4 billion aid to 9/11 victims/responders. The bill was defeated due to a unanimous "NO" vote from Repubs. Questions: Any code-breakers in this forum? Are members of the US Govt47 using a Masonic74 gematria74 code of GOD=7_4, 7/4=July 4th?
