Both tubes are the same size and filled by the same amount of blackpowder (red) and flash powder (blue) and you'll see/hear the difference in report. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ov6ZTG8Euy8 Aaagh, cellphone camera videos! The goggles, they do nothing! The sound quality isn't exactly awesome either. Also, nice necromancy, seeing how this thread had been dead for over four years Somewhat related, filmed with a digital photo/video camera. The "intense bass" of the report is more apparent, imo.
