Time and Light

All time must move as fast as light to be existent in the present (as opposed to being in the future). Although why would it need to be faster? What if time did NOT travel in a direction of propagation much like light does. I believe it is more reasonable to think of constant time. So insteadof time keeping up with light it could be a "medium" for it.

yes maxwell did clear that foggy image up. But I am not talking about it from a physical standpoint, but more that time is just the way light and any other object can move but light is just a great example of a constant that everything can be compared to in velocity.

Too vague for a physics forum. Also the idea of time "moving" is outside the range of ordinary physics discourse. This is a personal idea more appropriate to Spec forum.
