BPHgravity Posted May 22, 2004 Share Posted May 22, 2004 Toilet Paper Orientation, over the top, or from the bottom? I personally refuse to use a roll of toilet paper that rolls off from the bottom. The correct and responsible way is for the paper to roll off from the top. Please provide your opinions and theories. Get some toilet paper, and put your finger through the hole, holding the toilet paper horizontally. Then notice that either you can pull the paper, and it goes over the top of the roll (i.e. the roll will spin clockwise), or when you pull it the opposite thing happens, i.e. the rolls spins anti-clockwise and toilet paper comes from the bottom of the roll.
