Hitman47
I have a project for chemistry i need to do. I need to choose a compound or chemical process that has an adverse effect on history, environment, or life in general. So what should i do for my research paper? aman
I agree Fafalone, That is probably number 1 on the list. Next would be other drug concentrates anddesigner drugs. Then would probably be chemical weapons although I don't know if you can research those anymore without the FuBye starting a file on you. Hitman47
what is so special about heroin? is anthrax better what u think i should do for my research?
blike
But how has heroin or anthrax affecting your life in general? Didn't do anything to mine. Pick something that has a major, noticable impact on society or environment. Cigarette smoke or something..major affect on society.
*Marmite*
what about the atomic bomb. that was certainly summit that changed the world: a) it certainly changed japan, for the worse b) was chemically a great achievement c) it seems to have stopped any further world wars since a lot of countries now hold nuclear weaponds and are all scared of a nuclear war. i guess the chemical process would be the fission process, but youd have to look that up. good choice thou..it made both history, changed the environment and has changed life in general

fafalone
THe process is either fusion or fission. Fusion bombs are more powerful. (2H+ -> He)
