nuclear fuel in cars

is it possible to use nuclear fuels in cars ..i didn't mean uranium and plutonium and other things.i thought we could use some elements which when splitted produce a small amount of energy. say for example chlorine when it is splitted it produces 0.954mev of energy.

 

can this be used in cars to produce electricity

and run them in electricity
