I hope not, those types of compounds are really quite nasty and Very unforgiving!

 

not to mention that doing so would likely break more laws than it`s worth counting!

 

as for a Home Lab, there are Easier ways to win a Darwin Award!

I was taught in grad school that the mustard part refers to their propensity to cause blisters on the skin and irritate the lungs. I also saw in the link that mustard refers to the smell.....hmmm...

 

In any case, breaking the law would be the least of your worries.

 

Like several other agents of chemical warfare that were banned by the Geneva Convention, these are not too difficult too synthesize, but really, really nasty.
