Rocket acceleration

Assuming the force from the rocket stays constant, the acceleration should increase, because the force of gravity decreases, and because the mass decreases. F = ma

 

Even if the reference is to the net force, the acceleration increases as the mass decreases. If it's the specific force (i.e. F/m) that remains constant, then acceleration would remain constant.
