Bluenoise
That's was excellent. Most things were really recognisible. Anyone know the link so I could try to dowload it permenantly? The .swf just links to a video somewhere... Though in a real cell things are much more congested and not quite so orderly. That wouldn't really make for much of a video. I like how they use the actual structural images from .pdb to render the proteins. Very realistic. Much better than the typical spheres and ovoids. Keki516
My Biology professor showed us this the other day. Needless to say, I have the site bookmarked. Wonderful video! I love the music, too; it almost monumentalizes the cell.
It's Me!
Wow! I like biology but my english isn't good enough to understand the video =( But the animations are excellent! The music is great too.
gib65
That was a great video. I never knew cells were so busy on the inside. It's like a little factory in there - really! - those molecular structures really look intelligent.
Bluenoise
That was a great video. I never knew cells were so busy on the inside. It's like a little factory in there - really! - those molecular structures really look intelligent. Which is actually the biggest mistake in the video. In a real cell things just bump around randomly till a favorable interation occurs. It's nowhere nearly as organised as this video would have you believe.
