u Know That Feedback Mechnisms Work to respond to the changes outside or in other words the response alters the stimulus. So if the effect of the stimulus is reduced it is know as negative feedback.

 

for example when the tempraure outside increases the body tires to reduce it. so this is know as negative feedback. In other words when the effect of the stimulus is reduced

allosteric enzyme

are enzyme that binds to the allosteric site of the enzyme and not to the ezyme active site . It alters the globular shape of the enzyme .As a result , the substrate cant bind to the enzyme active site any more !!!!!

An allosteric enzyme is an enzyme that does not obey the Michaelis Menten model but obeys a similar model with a different power due to cooperativity between two or more active sites

 

V=Vmax*X^h/(K^h + X^h)

 

K = half max rate conc of substrate

V = Rate

X = substrate conc

h = 1 for Michaelis Menten model , but is not equal to 1 for allosteric enzyme

Allosteric enzyme is an enzyme which has an allosteric site where proteins or substances could bind to and alter the function of the enzyme (cause changes in active site of the enzyme).

 

Negative feedback is an action which resist the change in a system caused by outside environmental factors. For instance, if your body temperature is 0.5 degree celcius higher than your normal temperature, you start sweating to reduce energy gain.

 

And, would you mind don't use words like ordering others to serve you?
