Tesla inductive magnatic effect from printied PCB ?

Can a pankacke wound Tesla coil, used for magnetic induction, be printed on a PCB, much like the following:

I understand that the opposing tracks cancel out the magnetic field in this Bifilar arrangement, but even in parallel, does a magnetic field need to be created by a tightly wound wire, or can it be wafer thin as on a PCB please ?

To be clear, I am looking to the pass photons through to small pico lights at a reasonable distance of around fifteen centimetres above the transmitter
