I have brain damage to my basal ganglia referred to as "face of giant panda." Is this reversible?

What does the doctor, who diagnosed your condition think?  You should get a second opinion from another doctor if you wish.

You should not go to an internet forum for opinions.

Yeah, I know I shouldn't. But I have been reassured that I will make a full recovery, I'm just not sure if anything like this is possible scientifically. Taking the Penicillamine and Zinc Acetate makes me feel worse than I did before. Maybe instead, you or someone else could explain the science behind how recovery is possible? Or I can discuss this with my doctor.

I should keep your doctor informed of persistent changes so that they can make any necessary adjustments to your treatment or mitigate side effects with other treatments.  Everybody's situation, even with the same problems, is unique and trhere's no way, even qualified specialists, could give you meaningful advice online.
