It is definitely not like Gauss peak, but I have to find column efficiency. Can I calculate it using the formula Ne=16*(t’r/Wb)^2? Or what else should I do? These are not my results and I don't have any other informations. I'm only analyzing it. I can't publish the exact chromatogram, but it looks like the one on the picture.
