Is there a difference between electrical susceptibility and magnetic susceptibility or they are the same thing? if they are different what are the basic definitions for these terms (no mathematics included)?

Not the same thing

Electric susceptibility tells you how much you can polarize a material in response to an external electric field. Magnetic susceptibility tells you how much you can magnetize a material in response to an external magnetic field.
