That is not an answer to the question " why?" it's an answer to the question "how?".
And nobody asked that.

However, the important advice here is; see a doctor.

You should be able to get good results by fashioning a beanie cap out of tin foil or aluminum foil.
For best results, don't forget to add a propeller on top.

Humour is perhaps not the best response as this sort of subject is common to certain types of mental issues.

First, examine your belief systems.  What have you accepted as true?  What software (ideologies) have you chosen to run on your hardware (your brain)?

Where do you get your information?  Who do you listen to as your authority?  How can you be sure the conclusions of said authority figures are 100% accurate?

Investigate.  Doubt.  Question.  Then you'll be on the right track to freeing your mind from external influence.

Find the will and mental strenght to admit you need to see a doctor. Everyrhing after that will be easier than it is now.

I’ve seen individuals with that certain type of mental issue joke about it themselves. While still having the symptoms but after they were diagnosed and treated that is.

But making light of a personal issue is different to doing it to someone else, isn't it?

One needs to establish that mind control exists and what the mechanisms are (in speculations) before one could entertain discussion of how to neutralize it.

Otherwise this is just pseudoscience, and not a topic of discussion.

Any input affects your mind, but controlling it is another matter. The kind of control you're suggesting would be extremely costly and it's doubtful it could be used without leaving some trace of the activity. There are far cheaper methods of mind "control", like advertising, well-written articles, videos, movies, anything that can persuade or change our emotions.

Chemicals could be used, but again, they would leave traces and they couldn't all be covered up, not on a large scale. If you're thinking of some kind of electronic means to influence how people think and behave, some kind of emission or wave or signal that takes over the brain, I think we have far too many ways to detect such things. Keeping them secret would be almost impossible.

I think the biggest argument against the existence of mind control is the effectiveness of our media. They use words that have broad interpretations, and concepts that resonate to many people. They want to entertain, make us laugh and cry, get us to buy their products, vote for their candidate, support their issues, and try to control our minds in a pleasing way, so we won't "mind" them doing it.

Letting a target person hear sounds using microwaves is well-established science.

It was observed during WWII as the first radars were put into service. You all have had enough time to hear about it.

It was investigated during the 1950, and even published in peer-reviewed science journals - just in case someone imagines this is what makes science. It's called the Frey effect, and the experiments let the target person hear distinctly the figures from 1 to 9.

The company Raytheon proposed the US navy to build hardware for it.

All people here are not scientists  who criticize or insult the OP based on their wrong believes and prejudices. They should ask themselves how to improve their reasoning to avoid such gross mistakes in the future.

It’s also not mind control. Please stick to the topic.

edit: open a new thread if you wish to discuss things tangential to the OP

I think there is real mind control - or at least strong opinion influencing and shaping - but it is through well known and proven means. It goes on to a large extent in plain sight - and gets treated as legal and legitimate ....

Reducing access to critical information directly through censorship, commercial "in confidence" and non-disclosure contracts, indirectly through editorial interventions, ie burying it amongst distractions and diversion or failing to give it space. Advertising and PR and paid commentary to influence public opinion. Lobbying and Strategic Donating, Post political career inducements to influence political leaders. Tankthink to throw doubt on good information and provide academic sounding justifications for policy positions that are for the interests of their sponsors but harm the interests of others.

I think there is plenty of scope for shaping people's opinions and responses without resort to "voice to skull using microwaves, scalar waves and ultrasonic " technologies.
