Cobalt

Hello, I'm new to this forum so I don't if I'm in the right place to ask this.

Co(NH3)6 2+ + H2o2 ---------- Co (NH3)6 3+ + ?

I can't figure out what are the products in this reaction. I know that H2O2 is oxidant so it has to be reduced to H2O. but then the equation can't be balanced.Thanks in advance!

You need to use 2 ammonia cobalt molecules to get it to balance.  Hope this answers your question.

\[2Co(NH_3)_6^{2+} + H_2O_2 --> 2Co(NH_3)_6^{3+} + 2OH^-\]

2Co(NH3)2+6+H2O2>2Co(NH3)3+6+2OH

Thank you for your answer !
