At first I thought about a Neubauer counting chamber but he suggested that it can be found online. I'm confused here, please can someone help me? Thanks and I'd appreciate your help. hypervalent_iodine Posted February 21, 2019 Share Posted February 21, 2019 For chlorella, you can use OD (you should be able to find lit for wavelengths etc) or you could use a hemocytometer. I used to use the hemocytometer when I worked with chlorella, and it worked pretty well for what I needed, although it is time consuming. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
