CooleyHands Posted October 24, 2018 Share Posted October 24, 2018 Why and/or how is it that epidural hematomas are able to cross the midline, while, at the same time, having an expansion that is stopped at suture lines, whereas subdural hematomas are unable to cross the midline due to having an expansion that is stopped by (cranial) dural septa?
