Will it be a complex structure as security aspects are also to be considered?

Also, Note both the Ferris wheel Concentric wheels outer & inner will be moving with the people adding their weight.

Advantage would be more number of people will be enjoying the ride on the Concentric Ferris wheel.

The people on the inner wheel would not be having as much fun though (their ride would shorter and not as high).

Why not just two wheels side by side? Or make it spin much faster to increase the throughput?

The Outer & Inner circle of Ferris wheel will have participants enjoying the ride !!!
