https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_open-source_bioinformatics_software Here is a list of software that may be applicable to you.

Are you looking for reading material as well? If so, there are an abundance of books on Amazon and other platforms related to bioinformatics.

I know Coursera has courses on bioinformatics. It would also help you immensely to check out CodeAcademy's Python courses (which are completely free). Do all of the Python courses and you will be moderately equipped to begin using packages and graphing utilities for bioinformatics scripting. Mathlib is a very prominent package in this field.

The coding language "R" is still used quite heavily, so any knowledge of that will not hurt a bit.

Above all, however, I would check out "OMGenomics" on Youtube. Maria Nattestad is a very knowledgeable source for quick tutorials and information about the field. I find that her personal Youtube channel here: https://www.youtube.com/user/marianat444/videos has more information oriented towards R and other languages applicable to bioinformatics.

Sorry this is so much information, but I hope it is helpful! Good luck.
