The screen looked like it had gray horizontal static bars constantly moving upwards. (Hard to describe). I saw a similar effect using a digital camera to take a picture of the tv a long time ago. aaronmyung Posted July 7, 2005 Share Posted July 7, 2005 isn't that just because of the tv's refresh rate? Ie, the TV refreshes slower than your camera, causing there to be the grey lines.
