IRC is one of the chat programs like msn or ICQ or yahoo or AIM, only it's in a chat room format...basically...I'm sure someone else can explain it much better I've not used it for a little over a year.. This site is really a coverup for smuggling cows into Ethiopia to have coe racing championships, and Radical Edward is one of the Ring Leaders in this circus of DOOM!!!!!!!
