  1. you can stick an ant in the micro wave for at lease 30 seconds and the ant will live

reason for this is the ants size and how the micro wave uses point places of heat.

the ant can move out of these areas

and not become heated, and also ants can stand a lot of heat.

  2. The simple explanation for why light does not move faster than c when falling through the event horizon of a black hole is because the event horizon is defined as the radial distance where the escape velocity is equal to c.

If light were to move superluminally, it would be able to escape the event horizon, the event horizon would be luminous and there would be NO BLACK HOLE !!

    Thanks for the laughs !

if you point a flash light at a black hole event horizon, the light will bend,

and form a circle/halo around the event horizon.

if you turn off the flash light pointing at it,

it will hold that light in a circle/halo.

  3. I'll be the one laughing a couple years from now when I win the Nobel prize

    lol typical......

as to crash and his lol comic book characters are not scientists and you quoting them is a sign of your childish understanding of science in general sixth finger lol is someone who gets thier science out of comic books really questioning me that's Actually really funny Time is acontrollable phenomenon get over it science is moving past your outdated notions off physics.

    for one,

you have no clue who you are talking to.

    and what my job is.

    and second,

get my science from comic books ??

    i did not know,

a interest is what makes your profession and your ability,

    strange.

    out of curiosity,

how many PhD's do you have,

    mr. scientist,

    lol

    and also,

you spew about out dated and such, well

the problem here is you have no clue how far behind in science you and the public actually are.

you are no where near a scientist and have not been in the trenches your whole life.

I'll be the one laughing a couple years from now when I win the Nobel prize I won't forget how you attacked me out of fear and ignorance I guess people l like you individuals are the reason we're still using combustion engines as to crash and his lol comic book characters are not scientists and you quoting them is a sign of your childish understanding of science in general sixth finger lol is someone who gets thier science out of comic books really questioning me that's Actually really funny Time is acontrollable phenomenon get over it science is moving past your outdated notions off physics.

    again,

    lol

you should try for an endorser,

and try to submit your " theory "

    and see what happens then.

    the only science you know

is only what has been allowed to filter down to the public,

    mr. " PureGenius ",

which i'm still waiting for to see from you.

  4. .Also there is a long history of persecution among scientists for new our radical ideas I will not fall prey to petty people dissecting my idea's l like they would a living woolly mammoth if they could I believe in knowledge it's pursuit and it's results I never worry about the opposition of those with positions and ideas to defend.

    lol

you should try for an endorser,

and try to submit your " theory "

    and see what happens then.

  5. Your avatar picture lells me all I need know about you!

"I DO NOT KNOW HOW EVERYTHING BEGAN"

    unfortunately,

you have no clue who i am or anything about me,

    but i am curious,

what does my avatar tell you about me?

    oh and also,

    again,

    http://www.scienceforums.net/topic/68265-how-did-everything-really-begin/?p=755738

" How did everything really begin? ",

inflation theory and vacuum energy seems to be popular

with a hypothesis of from nothing or a tiny seed.

  6. fact

    fact [fakt]

    (plural facts)

    n

    1. something known to be true: something that can be shown to be true, to exist, or to have happened

    2. truth or reality of something: the truth or actual existence of something, as opposed to the supposition of something or a belief about something

    • based on fact

    5. law something based on evidence: something that is based on or concerned with the evidence presented in a legal case

[15th century. < Latin factum "deed" < fact- , past participle of facere "do, make"]

after the fact after something, especially a criminal act, has been done

before the fact before something, especially a criminal act, has been done

in fact or in actual fact used to correct a previous misunderstanding or to reinforce a previous statement

The phrase in fact, as in She is, in fact, correct, is spelled as two words, never as infact.

The Latin word facere "to do, make," from which fact is derived, is also the source of Englishdifficult,effect,facile,faction1,factor,fashion,feasible,feat,feature, andfetish.

  7. Yours might be...

I'd love to see you come up with some actual evidence for that suggestion.

    well perception is a start.

and as for your shot at me,

((" abusive ")which i doubt you will receive an warning for, but if i respond, i'm sure i will),

    hilarious.

    neuroscience helps,

    any knowledge in that ?

    mr. " expert ".

    lol.

  8. The real question is why shouldn't we have magic powers.

    Can you unrestrict it?

this is nothing more than my personal thought,

    but i think so,

for me it appears the human brain is purposely restricted,

but that leads to a bunch of typing.

every thing is derived from the human brain.

    you have to start there.

    another thought is,

    looking into dr. manhattan,

    and this concept.

  9. Man will never reach the moon regardless of all future scientific advances. -- Dr. Lee De Forest, inventor of the vacuum tube and father of television.

    there's also this one.

What, sir? You would make a ship sail against the wind and currents by lighting a bonfire under her decks? I have no time to listen to such nonsense.- Napoleon Bonaparte to Robert Fulton, upon hearing of the latter's plans for a steam-powered engine.

    alan,

i want to refer you to your own signature,

" "YOU MUST KNOW WHAT YOU DO NOT KNOW" "
