  1. Ah, forgot about that. For csc, cot and sec I use: SYR CXR TYX (sir coxer ticks) Where: Y is the Y-Axis, X is the X-Axis, R is the Hypotenuse That is when using a Quad Plane of course. Or you could use yourdadonapogos way which is just as easy (or easier).
  2. Easy way that I remember it: SOH CAH TOA For remebering which are positive use CAST method. Just remember when writing Cast to start with C in QUAD IV and work counter-clockwise. .....S......|.......A .............| ________|_________ .............| .....T......|.......C .............| (My best attempt at illustrating what I mean lol) Where : C - cos are Positive A - All are Positive S - sin are Positive T - tan are Positive Hopefully that makes a little bit of sense. It's what I used to help me remember.
  3. Probably around 35-40. Personally, I feel that using dumb bell excercise's work alot better, thus hardly ever do pushups.
