  3. Oh really? I've actually heard it was pretty easy,

Though i belong to India and Hindi is its national language but i have never ever been able to score more that 6-7 marks out of 10 in it! I'm a lot fluent in speaking Hindi but when it come on writing i hate it! The spelling are worst to identify!

English,Greek,Urdu & Portuguese are much much simpler ;)

  4. OK then. A couple other possibilities:

Did you name your file "myprogram.c" rather than "myprogram.cc" (or "myprogram.cpp" or "myprogram.c++")? Some compilers know that .c files are to be compiled as if they are written in C rather than C++.

Do you have an unterminated extern "C" { (i.e., missing close brace) lurking around somewhere, including in the headers files you #included before the #include <iostream> directive?

no such error done by me.

  5. I was working on C++ and encountered following error

"Fatal iostream.h 19: Error directive : Must use C++ for the type iostream"

can anyone tell me what does this mean!

  6. Like all of them rightly mentioned... there's no need to rush. If your son wants to get into space studies and is already doing well in science, then there's nothing to worry. All you need to do is find out colleges which offer astrophysics/space studies and enroll him there once he is through with his schooling. Meanwhile you can send your kid to a Space Camp. This will give him an up-close exposure to the field, which will help him decide if he is really willing to take up the subject in future. One that i know of is Space Camp India. They take kids to The U.S Space and Rocket Centre at Huntsville, Alabama. Their programmes integrate both textual concepts as well as hand-on training on space studies. Why don't you check out their website - http://spacecampindia.com/ I am sure it'll be an enriching and useful experience for your child.... Hope that helped!

can you list few institutes which offer astrophysics after school..\/

    i mean at undrgraduate level.
